Booking your Autism assessment

Your journey towards understanding and addressing Autism begins with a comprehensive Autism assessment. At Autism 360, we conduct all assessments through convenient video conference consultations, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our patients.

To initiate the assessment process, simply sign up through our user-friendly online portal, Chrysalis. As part of the registration, you will be asked to complete our screening tool, which helps us gather essential information to better understand you.

To secure your appointment and enable the necessary arrangements for your assessment needs, full payment is required before you are able to book.

If you are on Universal Credit and wish to receive the discounted rate, you will be required to provide proof of Universal Credit in our portal, such as a copy of a letter from HMRC.

We offer payment in instalments (see package information for more instructions), however an assessment cannot be booked until the full package cost has been paid. For those paying in full, payment will be taken via automated invoice prior to your assessment.

Private patients under the ADHD360 Pathway (Comprehensive & Premium) are eligible for a discounted price when enquiring regarding an Autism assessment with us. Please contact us for more information.
