Booking your Autism assessment

Your journey towards understanding and addressing Autism begins with a comprehensive Autism assessment. At Autism 360, we conduct all assessments through convenient video conference consultations, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our patients.

To initiate the assessment process, simply sign up through our user-friendly online portal, Chrysalis. As part of the registration, you will be asked to complete our screening tool, which helps us gather essential information to better understand you.

To secure your appointment and facilitate the necessary arrangements for your assessment needs, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of £200 when booking an assessment. Please note that this deposit exclusively reserves your appointment slot.

The total cost of your assessment will depend on the package that best suits your requirements. Our dedicated team will work closely with you to determine the most suitable package and associated costs.

If you are on Universal Credit, please contact us before booking your assessment and we can look to offer our reduced rate (Silver package), upon proof of Universal Credit, such as a copy of a letter from HMRC.

We offer payment in instalments (see package information for more instructions). For those paying in full, payment will be taken via automated invoice following the assessment.

For those people who are private patients under the ADHD 360 pathway (Gold and platinum packages) we also offer a price reduction in recognition of your commitment to the wider 360 family. Please contact us for more information.
