Key aspects of the role include:

  • Undertake skilled autism diagnostic assessments (ADOS and/ or ADI-R).
  • Obtain detailed developmental history through clinical interview.
  • Evaluation of available evidence against diagnostic criteria.
  • Keeping accurate record keeping of all contacts and assessments.
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary team (MDT) discussions and decision making.
  • Communicating the outcome of assessments with those accessing the service.
  • Develop defensible written reports or information resources, presenting complex information in a clear and accessible way.
  • Participate in post diagnostic webinars or other aftercare offers.

What is needed for the role:

If you are the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Registered as a nurse, social worker, allied health professional or therapist (and registered with the relevant statutory body).
  • Experienced in supporting or working with autistic people (either lived experience or via employment).
  • Trained and experienced in administration of ADOS and/or ADI-R.
  • Confident and capable in communicating information in verbal and written formats.
  • Committed to providing a high-quality, team-run service, with high levels of personal and professional integrity.

Admin / secretariat team members working with Autism 360 will be part of a dedicated team, committed to patient excellence and you'll be expected to deliver the role with passion, ownership and commitment. If you can't bring your heart to the role, please don't apply.

We are hiring 4 candidates for the following full time hours:

  • 3x Monday - Friday 11:00-19:00
  • 1x Tuesday - Saturday 11:00-19:00 and Saturdays 9:00-15:00
  • The core elements of the role are:

    • Managing inbound enquiries through platforms such as the telephone, social media, live chat and email.
    • Assisting the enquirer to become more aware of our services and the structured, managed payment options available.
    • Working with our patients, helping them arrange appointments and assisting them to document their medical progress through the treatment pathway.
    • Managing the admin’ that accompanies this busy role, such as electronic filing of documents and answering emails.
    • Communicating the outcome of assessments with those accessing the service.
    • Develop defensible written reports or information resources, presenting complex information in a clear and accessible way.
    • Participate in post diagnostic webinars or other aftercare offers.

    What is needed for the role:
