I guess for me ADHD 360 is the dream come true. Way back, 20 years or more ago, I was introduced into the world of ADHD and my ‘affair with neurodiversity’ began then. I learned then that people with poorly managed or untreated ADHD are unlikely to achieve their potential. For years I badgered, cajoled and tried to change the way our services were run to make them more efficient and effective. Ultimately, together with Jen and Lisa, we bit the bullet and started ADHD 360 as a private service. Now it is our job to provide an efficient and effective service for our patients, and I don’t think I have ever been so proud. We have a saying ‘we are changing people’s lives’ – is there a better job?
